TVS Motor Company has announced that Sudarshan Venu will become the Chairman and Managing Director, effective August 25, 2025. He will succeed Ralf Speth, who will step down on August 22, 2025, after the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and transition to the role of Chief Mentor for three years.
The decision acknowledges Venu’s contributions to the company’s growth, while Speth’s move allows him to continue supporting TVS Motor with his expertise.
Venu Srinivasan, Chairman Emeritus, TVS Motor Company, said “I express my sincere gratitude to Ralf for his exceptional leadership as Chairman over the last three years. I am confident that Sudarshan, who in his capacity as Managing Director has demonstrated tremendous growth for the business, will take the Company to even greater heights.
